If you ask Kayla or any of her friends what it’s like to grow up in Webb City, they’d tell you they love going to Cardinals ball games, catching a movie downtown and shopping at the local boutiques, to name just a few. That’s why Kayla decided to usher in her teenage years at Spencer’s Sweet Call at the Minerva. Kayla was joined by friends and family to blow out the candles, dance the night away, and munch on yummy treats from Charles and Malinda Spencer.
